The room faces a 4-lane main boulevard and trafic noise is heard day and night. Windows are not sound proof. There is limited hitel parking and I had to park outside the guarded hitel compound.
Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty. The buffet restaurant was particularly bad — the floors were filthy, the tables were not cleaned properly, and the entire food area felt unhygienic.
The service was just as bad. The staff were unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted us, and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. It felt like no one cared.
Our room was dirty and smelled awful. It was far from the clean, comfortable stay we expected.
The only positive thing I can mention is that the outdoor areas of the hotel look nice. Beyond that, this was not a pleasant experience at all, and I would not recommend this hotel.
Please do yourself a favour and DONT book this property. It’s expensive. It’s really far out (expensive taxi ride to get anywhere)…the rooms are dirty. The staff try their best but are pretty incompetent to fulfil orders in their restaurant (where we waited more than half hour for a basic order) as waiters ran around ignoring us. And to add to that all when we were there we tried to sit down for a relaxing morning coffee and had works going on around us. There are much better places to book which are much better value
The hotel is pleasant and clean. However, the pillows wee very uncomfortable and our sleep was affected as a result. We didn't understand that the pool won't be open and that the gym is operated separately.
The food selection in the lobby was very limited.
Amazing! Beautiful new hotel, rooms are spacious and very tastefully done.
Check in was fast, gentleman was very helpful answering our questions
View is spectacular. Plenty of parking available.
Wish we hadn't arrived as late as we did to enjoy more of the facilities
We used saunas (which are average at best) and were charged almost twice the amount they were supposed to cost. Upon checkout, a receptionist completely ignored our claims saying that neither the manager, nor the spa employee are there yet. She didn't know where the charges came from and just brushed off our concerns. After all that, she then just charged our card the full amount. I tried contacting the hotel afterwards but didn't get a reply. I didn't sign the bill and got a refund from my credit card company but the situation has been so embarrassing I would definitely choose another hotel in the area.
Other than that, the location isn't great: far from everywhere and with lots of traffic around. Rooms are nothing special either. Breakfast was really good but than again food in Israel is great everywhere.
Beautiful new hotel with great views. Spectacular gardens and pool. Breakfast was not fancy, but good Israeli food. It is not within walking distance of the old city.
Place is up to date and has modern feel. Very well appointed rooms. Was surprised that there was no USB ports in each room. Views are magnificent. Christina was very helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was great. Would definitely go there again. A bit out of the way from the old city but would choose this hotel over any of the ones in the city. Price was very good. Excellent security when you come in.
