I couldn't believe what an amazing property this was. AC, in-suite laundry, TV and modern. Jacob took great care of me and was incredibly responsive. The property is located right towards the centre of the city and is very walkable to Machane Yehuda, the Old City and the City Centre. Definitely worth staying here!

Very disappointing stay

This was definitely the most disappointing stay ever for me, a very frequent traveler. As we arrived on a Sabbath day and I could not reach anyone the first thing we need to do was washing the dirty floor. For family of 4 we found only one towel and there was no toilet paper. But the biggest issue was that on the next day when I managed reaching the owners and they promised bringing the missing things, even with multiple reminders we received them just in the evening before our third night. Surprisingly we received only 3 towels, possibly they thought that the one we had is still OK after 4 people using it for 2 days (!). Other thing is a bathroom - it requires a serious renovation. Also the house entrance was unbelievably dirty and no one was cleaning it during our stay (3 nights). Price/quality ratio is very low - we spent the same level recently in Venice and even in Hawaii and the service for it was fabulous. Yes, we were not charged for cleaning and received a minor discount however we will always remember Jerusalem with this very bitter experience

A good choice to stay.

The location was great. A quiet, safe neighbourhood. Parking was available free of charge nearby, but a little tricky to have it arranged on a Friday before Sabbath. WiFi was not available but I didn't ask for details. I suppose it would have been easy to fix. I would have appreciated a better cleaning of the flat. At some points it would need some more attention, although the general condition was very good. The linen and the towels were nice and clean. The flat was well equipped in the kitchen. The general condition of the elevator and the building was not very nice though. The agency office was nearby and the staff was very helpful.

Disaster.

When we first arrived we couldn't get the lobby door open. It was jammed. We called our contact at Isrentals who talked us through pressuring the door open. Then the elevator wasn't working. When we called again, our contact said "Oh like the door wasn't working? I'm not doing anything about it now." My 62 year old husband hauled 5 large pieces of luggage up 5 flights of stairs, uses the code to open the door to find out the apartment is already occupied. My husband took pictures of the apartment as it was. As he was leaving, the people who were staying at the apartment were coming up the staircase (the elevator really did not work) and said they were told they could stay 2 extra days. My husband called our Isrentals contact again who this time did not answer the phone. My husband carried all of the luggage back down the stairs. He then sent the contact a text with the pictures of the apartment being occupied. The contact sent him back a message saying oops, wrong apartment, here's the code for the other apartment on the 5th floor, and no mention about the elevator that was not working. By this time I was able to contact Hotels.com who I had booked the apartment through. After explaining the who scenario to them, they booked us into a nice hotel room where we stayed for the 4 nights I had booked the apartment. I'm glad I booked through Hotels.com. I was mortified at how the rental contact at Isrentals handled our problem.

Nossa experiência em Jerusalém

Excelente localização, acesso fácil a pontos turísticos, transportes e restaurantes e mesmo assim, silencioso durante a noite proporcionando o descanso merecido após um dia de passeio. O conforto do apartamento é também algo a ser assinalado, ar condicionado e frigorífico com muito boa prestação. A casa de banho é extremamente pequena e exige alguma arte contorcionista para tarefas simples como despir, vestir e enxugar-se após o banho. É recomendável temperar bem a água antes de entrar no banho pois uma vez dentro do box, não há para onde fugir de um jato extremanente frio ou quente. A TV pareceu-nos ótima mas não conseguimos pô-la a exibir canais, falta de talento ou falta de algum comando adicional não presente no apartamento. O estacionamento permitido era num hotel próximo (Leonardo) que representou um certo mistério no acesso tanto para entrada como saída. Da primeira vez em que saímos do estacionamento, aterramos num restaurante fancy qual 3 alienígenas. Melhor tentar pedir informações prévias para evitar embaraços.

Close to the city center and safe, but during 5 nights stay never cleaned the room or changed towels. Bathroom is not well designed and didn't cover the hardware that you see the rusted pipes and moldy grouts while it's incredibly small,and gets flooded all over. The owner is nowhere to be found or spoken to. Website pictures look a lot nicer and larger than it is. There is a closet, but can't use it since the doors are blocked by the bed. When some one smokes in the apt building, it comes thru the doors and vents every day.

Great location close to the action, but not noisy at all. Free indoor parking in the hotel across the street, that was initially tricky to figure out, but much appreciated and very convenient.

Souci au niveau de la réservation . Suite à une erreur nous n'y nous sommes pas allés. Nous n'avons jamais été contactés ni pour un rappel ni pour quoi que ce soit et tout nous a été facturé y compris les frais de ménage qui n'a pas été fait

The space itself was very spacious, great location, well stocked. The poor part was that it is poorly managed, host unreachable, not delivered on the free parking...thus I was very late to a meeting :(
