Very compatible to amenities in the area. Only dislike was a shortage of warm water in the shower only once during my stay.

Little unique spot. Very cute. Clean and comfy!! I had a short stay only for few days. But it was fun. I like it. For the first time I slept in one of those capsules in Tokyo! And this was the second time.

Great Concept

Great concept! clean capsule, very friendly and helpful staff, and they give you earplugs. only thing below expectation was the fridge. it was a tiny fridge and there was no room to put anything in it :-(

FAULTY DOOR, NO STAFF, STUCK OUTSIDE

BEWARE! I arrived at 8pm and did a self check-in at the machine, and was unable to open the door, i called the hotel and messaged the hotel via whatsapp and they did not answer for more than 2 hours (there was no staff). I contacted hotels.com via their live chat and they later called me, and it was NOT toll-free (how would i know i will be charged??) and i incurred USD104 of phone bills and both Capsuleinn and hotels.com WONT compensate me back. I was stuck outside and unable to enter my room and wasted more than 2 hours before hotels.com contacted Capsuleinn. Room was so dirty and i saw the staff stepped in the bed with his shoes to change the bedsheet!

BEWARE! Cant check-in & uncontactable staff

BEWARE! There is no staff at check-in, and I was unable to enter the room after check-in at the machine, and i was unable to enter my room for more than 2 hours. I tried to call and whatsapp message to Capsuleinn (based on hotels.com booking and their notice pasted on their hotel), but they did not respond until i messaged hotels.com. The notice in the hotel said their contactable hours on Whatsapp is until 10pm, i was calling and messaging them since 8pm but no replies! But halfway later hotels.com called me and i incurred SG$144.70 (~USD102) of phone bills, as the hotels.com hotline was not toll-free! How would your customer know it is not toll-free and the hotels.com person chatting to me did not mention this to me. Hotels.com took 30minutes to contact Capsuleinn and Capsuleinn called me and i incurred even more phone bills! I requested compensation for my phone bills from the hotel but they dont care about you, i did not even ask for compensation for my time wasted stuck outside my room! I saw the staff stepping in the capsule room with his shoes on, room was also dirty. Book at your own risk!

Economic and clean place to overnight

The staff was very accommodating to my very late arrival times, my lack of success using the automated check-in machine, and changes to travel plans. This was a very clean, conveniently-located, economic place to stay for me and a few travel companions.

I loved this place!

This hostel was exactly what I needed when I landed after a long flight with no sleep. It was easy to get to and easy to find. It's right in the center of everything but very quiet and private and safe. The staff was very helpful and kind and immediately responded whenever I contacted them with questions on Whatsapp. Everything was so clean and orderly and it was, in general, an oasis. I very much recommend.

Empfehlenswert.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings mit permanenter Klimaanlage und keiner eigentlichen Lobby oder ähnlichem Aufenthaltsraum etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Superzentrale Lage.

Not bad

Overall the experience was positive. The staff was nice, and the place was nice and quiet. I would note a few things: 1. My mattress was a bit hard. I was fine with it, but people with back issues might want to take note. 2. My door stuck, such that I had to stick my left hand in towards the locking mechanism in order to open the door to get in or out. 3. The wifi was very slow. For just staying in touch with the world, it is fine, but people who want to work should take note.

Please if u love yourself , never try to stay in this place. Is the most horrible experience u can try in your life. In the pics looks cool. But in real no. Is not the same. The place is dirty , no respectful, the people who work there make noise min the morning, who suppose to make peace. The capsule experience to sleep , is almost smtg to help to kill you. Is not comfortable, is really hot. And all the time the next guest who sleep in the next capsule if he make noise, your capsule feel the same. Anyway, guys Tso y try this experience. Very uncomfortable not real and dirty noosing...just bad experience . I’m just still in head beach till now!
