It was a return visit. I like the hotel for the fact that it is clean (this is an issue in many Israeli hotels...). The water pressure is excellent, bed was comfortable (I stayed by myself in a queen room) and lighting was good. Enough power outlets to charge phones etc on the night stand. Enough space to hang clothes. I travel with hand luggage only and appreciated the decent quality of toiletries provided. Hotel staff was very friendly, both at reception and happy hour. When I asked for a hairdryer it was brought up to my room right away. Location is excellent. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper and maybe an eye mask as the curtains don't block out the light.

This is my second time staying at Agripas. Love the location. Friendly staff and hotel is clean. I found the room a bit noisier this time aroun. The only thing that I did not like was the late cleaning of the room. After walking for hours, it would have been nice to come back to a clean room.

Были с друзьями из России 5-7 января в Иерусалиме. Выбирали относительно не дорогой отель и недалёко от центра. Выбор оказался очень удачным. Отель-бутик удобно расположен. Персонал приветливый, вежливый. Один из работников на ресепшн даже старательно говорил по-русски. Номера скромные, но уютные. Отличные завтраки в ресторане с прекрасным видом на город. Есть маленькая парковка и нам повезло, что одно место было свободным. В целом, ко всем ярким эмоциям от поездки, добавилось позитивное впечатление от отеля. Рекомендую!

מלון מקסים ובמיקום מעולה! זה שיש חנייה צמודה למלון זה מעולה ומאוד מקל באזור זה. יש happy hour בשעות אחהצ-ערב עם שתייה ונשנושים. נחמד ומפנק. וגם יצאנו לבלות ולמסעדה במרחק הליכה וגם כיף שאפשר בקלות להגיע לשוק ולהנות ממנו. ממליצה בחום!!!

Poor and dirty

I’d booked a twin room and confirmed this by mail with the hotel - but on arrival (after midnight) we had a double bed. Initial hotel response was “nothing we can do” After explaining that wasn’t acceptable was given a small blanket sheet and pillow and left to sort it out. Bathroom stank which I was also told couldn’t be helped. All in all poor service and a dirty room. Breakfast was ok.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Nettes, zwar schlichtes, aber dennoch schönes Hotel im westlichen Jerusalem. Frühstück kann auf der (überdachten) Dachterrasse eingenommen werden. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen - ca. 15min Fußweg in die Altstadt. Auch für Besuche in Yad Vashem gut geeignet: "S-Bahn"-Station direkt um die Ecke; mit dem Zug kann man von dort aus direkt bis zur Gedenkstätte fahren (Endstation auf dem Mount Herzl, danach nur 7min Fußweg). Viele kleine Geschäfte in den Straßen rund um das Hotel; außerdem gibt es in der Nähe einen Markt, auf dem viele Souvenirs weit preiswerter als in der Altstadt zu erstehen sind. Kurzum: Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; das Hotel kann durchaus weiterempfohlen werden.

Everything is so CLEAN!!!! Always plenty of soap and towels. The staff is always helpful. I love the mezzanine coffee service that is always available! The rooftop breakfast is very special.

Podría haber sido excelente pero ...

Está ubicado a 400m del Mahane Yehuda Market; a 1.500m de la estación de buses; a 1.200m de la Torre de David. Habitación y baño prolijos, amplios y confortables. Desayuno muy bueno y variado (pero pareció un poco caro). El personal amable pero con altibajos.. En este último caso no me agradó que el hotel no tuviera una caja de primeros auxilios y su personal fuera indiferente a mi solicitud. Por suerte solo necesitaba un "strip band aid" para mi talón lastimado (que no tenían); no quisiera pensar qué sucedería si un huésped requiriera algo realmente importante. A mi requerimiento me sugirieron que fuera a una farmacia!!!! Obviamente, yo ya lo había intentado "sin esos consejos" pero al ser Shabat y de noche, no había encontrado ninguna farmacia abierta. La bandita la conseguí en un hotel vecino que, sí, tenía caja de primeros auxilios. Fue paradójico que ese mismo personal, tan indiferente a mi requerimiento, después se mostró muy interesado en ofrecerme, si yo lo necesitaba, "la mejor compañia de tours o la mejor car rental".

Siistihkö, hieman ajan saatossa patinoitunut hotelli Jerusalemissa. Hyvät yhteydet jalkaisin vanhaan kaupunkiin sekä kauppakadulle. Jonkin verran liikenteen melua kantautuu sisälle, koska vilkkasta liikennettä kadulla. Ystävällinen ja avulias nuori mies oli meitä vastaanottamassa keskellä yötä. Parkkialue käsittää 4 auton luiskan hotellin vieressä, mutta sinne auto hyvin mahtui.
