The accommodations were very comfortable, had a great night's sleep, the breakfast was very substantial and satisfying, the Abraham's tours were good, and the staff were friendly, competent and helpful.
Free breakfast buffet style, vegan options, laundry facilities, tour bookings, in a central location with bus stop outside the front door and light rail around the corner.
Good place to stay, close to tram, the staff is excelent!. Abraham has it´s own travel agency, helps alot! As suggestion, they don´t put bottle water in to the room, sould be, in winter a extra blanket would be better.
We had a wonderful stay at Abraham Hostel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The common areas, rooftop, and room were clean and decorated nicely. The beds in the room were comfortable and the area is quiet at night. The breakfast in the morning includes a variety of everything from salads, fruits, bread, cheeses, eggs, and much more. The location was great, near the market and close to the Old City. Highly recommend staying here.
The staff at the front desk was very helpful with transportation questions. The Abraham is very close to bus and tram transportation. And the free map provided at the front desk was very informative. The continental breakfast had a variety of food. Laundry facilities were clean, and the machines worked well. If we come to Jerusalem again we will stay at the Abraham.
Climbing the the ladder When you go to bed it's ok if I were younger , otherwise everything was okay. Staff was great , l was at the center of everything from my experience.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Plus: Location
Minus: female front desk staff, not welcomig or friendly, rooms need a renovation, kitchen so dirty
Didn't realize it was a hostel, mostly used by young adults and back packers. Nevertheless, it was fine and comfortable for the family of 4 for the duration of our stay. Room and bathroom was slightly small but it was ok. Rooms were clean, Tourists may need to come prepared with their own travel size toiletteries if they are choosing to stay here like soap and shampoo.

Overall the property was satisfactory. The location was very good. There was only one staff member that was very helpful. His name is Mor. The other staff members did not have a very good attitude.
We were told Breakfast is included but in my 13 days stay I just had 1 breakfast. It was a kind of trick. Our tour starts 5:30 AM and the hotel starts serving breakfast at 7AM.
I had an amazing, safe anf very pleasant time. The highlight is the staff .They are fantastic, friendly and prompt to help no matter the time. They were there for me late in night when I needed help. The atmosphere on the hotel is fantastic.
Surely I will be back. I made some for life.Totally recommend .great location

I’m 76, and was wondering what kind of reception I’d receive. Staff and residents couldn’t have been kinder! I think in future I will be using hostels rather than hotels. The whole experience was enriching, encouraging, life-enhancing.
Since management was about to sell the property and cancelled people’s reservations at the last minute, it was a very depressing place to stay. Services were cut as a consequence and staff could have cared less about the guests.I was relieved when checkout time came.
