When I checked in I called to say the thermostat was high and couldn't lower it as the room was already stifling. Maintenance was going to come but waited until 230a and was already exhausted. Thermostat was 70 something so I figured it would be ok. Woke up in pool of sweat missed the expo (the reason I chose this hotel) at 1230 and thermostat at 90 something. Couldn't breathe, dizzy and weak. Front desk claimed whole hotel affected but didn't see anyone complain or anything. No upgrade or anything. Random coat hanger behind desk meaning not properly cleaned. Shower pole hanging on 2 screws. I have pictures of everything

Staff was friendly and the place was clean but... our rooms AC was not working, 82 degrees the entire night. We left the room at 4:30pm and came back at 11pm, and couldnt get ahold of anyone at the desk. Outlet in the bathroom was not working, no shampoo or soap in the dispensers.

The state itself was nice. Helpful staff. I booked and paid my trip to this hotel through Expedia. When we got to the hotel, they swiped my boyfriend card for one dollar in case of accidentals. We checked out at nine in the morning and then that night $237.19 was charged for that card. Mind you we did nothing but sleep in that room, we never even hung out for more than 20 minutes other than to sleep, shower, and then go on with our days. I have called the billing department 25 times now and left three messages. $237 to just be taken with no explanation and no answers. If this place was closer, I would be driving there and solving this!!!!

Overall, our trip was great! A few things to note: -We did go for a game at Metlife and were originally told by hotel staff that the shuttle was $10 each way per person. It did end up being $10 there and $15 back which we saw some other couples struggling because they did not bring enough cash to the stadium. -The AC in our room did not work. While trying to sleep and getting ready, it did get quite hot and stuffy in our room, at one point reaching 77°. If we were staying more than one night we would have inquired about the AC but since we only stayed for one night we just let it go. Otherwise the hotel was very welcoming and clean. We would stay again.

Omg. Don’t go there. The heat was broken. Rooms were between 79-88 degrees. Then ran out if hot water. I asked for regular coffee for the room 4 times. Never got it

Heat and air was not working properly. We made the staff aware of it and never was fixed during our two night stay. Supply of towels in the room was only enough for two people, we had three in our reservation, upon request for additional towels we received none. We also had only half a roll of toilet paper. Staff working at desk during check in were not friendly. Early check in with previous stays was never an issue however, this time I was told by the front desk clerk that we could not check in until 4:00 and never checked to see if there was any availability at the time we arrived. When we left to go upon our return to the room our room keys were not working. This was a very unpleasant experience overall and I will be looking for other hotel options for future stays.

With the thermostat turned off it was extremely hot in the room, tried to run the ac it was a bit loud and didnt cool off the room at all. Another guest asked if it was hot in our room as well, he must’ve had the same issue. I did request a rugless room due to allergies, (as I did see the room pictures that had what looked like a rugless room) but got I think an older room with a rug. I ended up getting with sinus congestion. I only wanted to stay one night but it said 2 night minimum stay. The headboard iwas dingy and gross, all marked up. I went there for a football game, the hotel was conveniently located, staff was pleasant. I would stay again if I had to.
