Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When choosing the hotel, the same hotel seemed with breakfast and it was more expensive. I paid for it but at hotel I learned they don’t have breakfast. Hotel refused to pay excess amount. Whatever, Expedia asked me for the receipt, which they never sent me. I asked them to send but I was only replied with automated messages. Hotel was quite obsolete, beds were terribly old. I stayed for 5 days and they never cleaned the room or changed towels. Would I choose this hotel again? Never. The worst hotel experience in U.S. ever!
