The walls had crayon drawings on them in the room, the lamp was broken and the room is very dated. There is also rust around a lot of parts. However the bed and bathroom was clean and served it’s purpose.

I didn’t like that the property is not located near any fast food restaurants or stores that were walking distance. We stayed for 4 nights so we were not able to have housekeeping. We were told the day before checking out that housekeeping only comes if you stay for a week or longer (which is really odd to me). We had to take out our own trash, get our own wash cloths from front desk, and etc… I’m a firm believer in tipping servers and housekeepers well for their service. Unfortunately, I did not tip do to them not being able to service us at all. I was told by guest services manager that I had to take out my own trash, grab my own towels, and toiletries from front desk. Also, our tub was dirty when we first entered the room.

Smelled like cigarettes, dusty, surrounded by tolls. Room comes with a kitchenette but no silverware or plates, so you end up feeling kinda stranded. Bed was comfortable! Paid for what we got.

The desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating! The hotel is a bit dated, but served our needs. My only significant complaint was the water pressure was very low. Im not sure if its an infrastructure issue with the area, the hotel, or just our room, but it was noticeably deficient for a decent shower.

The included breakfast only had two choices of muffins daily. On the first day we also had oatmeal but that was it. Customers were yelling at each other in the corridor and were smoking weeds. Liked proximity to the AD mall and easy on/off highway. Property is very tired and worn, hasn’t been updated in a long time. The stairwells and hallway looked like they hadn’t seen a vacuum in a long time. Most hotels have usb ports to charge devices, not here which makes one think it’s been MANY years since anything has been updated or refreshed
