This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was rude when we tried to communicate about checking in early. Once we did check in, we discovered there was no elevator access to the second floor, and no accommodations were offered to assist us.
Our room key repeatedly failed to work, and we were simply told to keep trying it. Additionally, there were no lights or handicap-accessible paths from the garage to the entrance. The garage itself was poorly lit, with no security presence or assistance available to reach the front lobby.
To make matters worse, the staff was consistently unfriendly, and we found bugs in the room.
