A forma como resolver uma reclamação muda tudo.

Rancho do Peixe O que era una reclamação motivada por um barulho de uma obra , a busca por resolver merece reconhecimento. A maneira ágil, empática e eficaz como o Rancho do Peixe resolveu o problema demonstrou compromisso em resolver e respeito a nossa reclamação. Mudando minha opinião de não recomendação para quando possível retornar. Os chalés são confortáveis com uma proposta bastante interessante e agradável. Não tem ar condicionado e nem televisão mas realmente não se fez necessário. O cafe da manhã reflete bem o astral do Rancho do Peixe, descontração mas com qualidade, diversidade e profissionalismo. A comida do restaurante foi o ponto mais vulnerável mas que nos motivou a conhecer outos lugares. Infelizmente tivemos alguns dias de muita chuva que reduziu muito as atividades que havíamos planejado e o item período de chuva deve ser bem considerado no planejamento da estadia.

Excelente local em Prea - Pé na Areia :)

O local é extremamente agradável. Bangalô super bem cuidado, limpo, arejado (mesmo não tendo ar). Ótimo café da manhã, saladas maravilhosas para o jantar (ir até o restaurante). Sem contar os mimos que são oferecidos diariamente. Atendimento excelente (olha que sou exigente).

Nossa experiência foi surpreendente. Viajei com meu marido e dois filhos pequenos e todos nós amamos. No início imaginei que a ausência de ar condicionado iria prejudicar, mas nossas noites foram muito agradáveis. O local é maravilhoso! Bangalo ecossustentável, limpeza excelente, rústico e diferente! Vários mimos ao longo da estadia. O café é maravilhoso, bem variado. Os Funcionários são muito atenciosos e resolvem o que for preciso! O hotel é Beira mar, ótima pra banho, além de uma piscina massa, lugar lindo! Uma excelente experiência na natureza! Pousada charmosa rústica, mas poderia ter tela para evitar pernilongos. Além disso cobra MUITO caro por serviços. O aluguel de bicicleta é R$ 150,00/hora. Achei fora da normalidade. A cobrança de 10 % sobre frigobar também.

Melhor hotel da vida

Sem dúvidas o melhor hotel que ja fiquei em toda minha vida. Cada detalhe, cada cuidado que o hotel tinha com seus hóspedes eram únicos e de deixar a sua marca. Escolhi esse hotel para comemorar meu aniversário e foi a melhor escolha que poderia ter, já no café da manhã tive uma grata surpresa com um bolo de aniversário especial para mim, ja comecei o dia com muitas emoções. Todas as noites eles levavam um doce de boa noite, um mais gostoso que o outro. Deixavam água fresquinha para tomarmos durante o dia. A estrutura do hotel era impecável, não tenho uma palavra para criticar ou sugerir melhoria, ele é perfeito!! Café da manhã com muitas opções deliciosas, opções veganas. Uma coisa mais gostosa que a outra. Eles possuem transfer em diversos horários para Jericoacoara, podendo utilizar a estrutura da vila kalango.

Rancho do Peixe é um local bem agradável, ótimo para quem gosta de Kite surf e contato com a natureza. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e surpreendem com alguns mimos. Para quem quer curtir a praia, essa época de muitos ventos não é muito favorável.

Local excelente, com ótima estrutura porem acho importante ressaltar e acredito que isso deveria ficar mais evidente, devido aos ventos no local o uso da praia para banho fica muito difícil, quase impossibilitado devido a vir muita areia e mesmo sendo um lugar super bonito e tratar-se de uma experiência real, banheiro e area de banho são realmente mais rusticos, o q me causou estranheza!

Tudo muito lindo, atendimento excelente, restaurante e spa maravilhoso. Porém não é o tipo de instalação que eu voltaria com criança pequena. O quarto fica totalmente claro antes das 6 da manhã, nao existe isolamento acústico nem contra insetos, o “vento” não dá conta de deixar o ambiente agradável, mesmo o bangalô sendo de frente pro mar, a tarde era muito calor. Havia uma obra ao lado do hotel com muito barulho desde cedo, sei que não é culpa do hotel mas mesmo no final de semana começavam muito cedo as marteladas. Não conseguimos descansar como gostaríamos.

Para quem busca a essência da natureza.

Pousada completamente fora da curva em originalidade. Mas é bom ficar claro que é para pessoas que buscam aconchego e não luxo, muito embora apesar de extremamente rústica, ser super agradável. Lugar mais incrível da região de Jericoacara. Atendimento excepcional!!!!
