Desde antes da chegada a equipe do hotel (Tony e Alberto) foi super atenciosa, fornecendo informações sobre o local e opções de transfer e passeios. A estrutura é rústica e ótima, bem arborizada, em uma rua próxima ao centrinho. Ficamos na acomodação "Coqueiro" que é um apartamento com duas suítes, lavado, sala e cozinha equipada, excelente. O café da manhã agora é servido em uma área comum e é muito bom, com várias opções a la carte e o pessoal super atencioso. O hotel é muito limpo e a internet funcionou em todos os locais. Super recomendo.

Viajamos em família e ficamos acomodação carambola, tudo muito confortável, café da manhã delicioso. A vila de Jericoacoara é uma delícia. Há muitos animais na rua, e ficamos muito felizes em ver que a equipe acolhe os animais que chegam até ali com comida e carinho, até perguntamos em questão a castração e nos informaram que há uma campanha mensal de castração gratuita na praça. Voltaremos com certeza e espero encontrar mais gatos e cães castrados pela vila.

Muito bonita, quanto amplo e muito limpo, cafe da manha bem servido, todos os funcionarios em todos os setores muito atenciosos. Um pouquinho longe da praia e do centrinho quando se leva em consideração quem esta com crianças e tem que levar no colo, quando é só adulto super tranquilo de ir e vir da pousada para a praia e centrinho.

Ótimo hotel desde a recepção até às acomodações. O quarto muito bom e bem estruturado com sala, cozinha completa, um quarto de solteiro e um de casal, além de um lavabo. A estrutura da pousada muito integrada à natureza e a piscina muito bem conservada. O café da manhã você escolhe no dia anterior e eles te entregam no horário marcado na acomodação, trazendo conforto e praticidade. Achei tudo muito bom

Bom fim de semana

O hotel CasaLo é um bom hotel, em um lugar agradavel, pé na areia e ao mesmo tempo que esta bem proximo da parte agitada da vila, ele tem uma certa distancia que o barulho de festas, nao incomoda o hospede. O cafe da manha é servido no quarto, no horario combinado e com uma lista de opções coirdenadas pelo cliente. Muito bem feito, farto e organizado. A propriedade em si tem bons lençóis, toalhas e ar condicionado. Alem de boas opções de frigobar. Infelizmente estive em um periodo de obras na piscina que acredtido termine ate o fim de setembro de 2024. A acustica entre um quarto e outro dos apartamentos menores, nao é boa, e as pessoas podem escutar barulhos e conversas um pouco mais altas inclusive. Sugiro que fiquem nos aptos tipo casas, pois acredito serem realmente melhores. Um aspecto importante que muito clientes desconhecem é o acesso a vila de Jericoacoara, achei complexo, a pessoa tem que confiar em um guia para chegar e sair da vila. Fora isso as coisas sao organizadas, como estacionamento, taxa de turismo e segurança no local.

Pontos positivos: os colaboradores são prestativos e muito solícitos. Procuram sempre solucionar os pequenos problemas que surgem. A pousada é linda e aconchegante, com muito verde e canto dos pássaros. Pontos negativos: não gostei da localização se comparada com outros locais que fiquei anteriormente, que eram bem mais próximos à praia e ao centrinho. O café da manhã com horário fixo pré-agendado também é um inconveniente, principalmente para quem está em viagem de lazer.
