The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Whilst all of the staff were great one member of staff deserves a special mention, Ivo was so helpful and he also organised and surprised us with a special cake for my friends birthday. Ivo was amazing.

O hotel anuncia estúdios com 40 m², porém a área real das acomodações é significativamente menor. Na prática, os quartos dificilmente chegam a 30 m², o que pode induzir o consumidor a erro quanto ao espaço efetivamente disponível. O quarto é mobiliado de forma bastante simples e demonstra necessidade de manutenção em diversos detalhes. Os armários, a cama e o sofá-cama são de qualidade apenas básica e não oferecem o conforto esperado para a categoria e o valor da diária. A decoração também deixa a desejar: as paredes em tom cinza-escuro, aliadas à pouca iluminação natural e à ausência de cores mais acolhedoras, tornam o ambiente frio, sombrio e pouco agradável. Outro problema é que a maioria dos quartos é voltada para a piscina principal, que permanece bastante barulhenta durante praticamente todo o dia, comprometendo o descanso e a tranquilidade dos hóspedes. Felizmente, a utilização da piscina é encerrada por volta das 21 horas, quando o ambiente finalmente se torna o ambiente frio, sombrio e pouco agradável. Outro problema é que a maioria dos quartos é voltada para a piscina principal, que permanece bastante barulhenta durante praticamente todo o dia, comprometendo o descanso e a tranquilidade dos hóspedes. Felizmente, a utilização da piscina é encerrada por volta das 21 horas, quando o ambiente finalmente se torna silencioso.
