The hotel is well located in the town and on the beach. A quiet getaway from the busy town, yet steps from the shops and restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Whilst all of the staff were great one member of staff deserves a special mention, Ivo was so helpful and he also organised and surprised us with a special cake for my friends birthday. Ivo was amazing.

Hotel com ótima localização - Frente para a praia e próximo aos restaurantes mas longe do barulho. Café da manhã bom, de frente para o mar, além de ótimo atendimento do pessoal, em especial do Daniel que nos serviu muito bem. Problemas: Piscina suja, cheia de folhas e flores e nínguem retirava, piso da piscina desgastado, apesar do hotel estar vazio nos colocaram em uma quarto conjugado onde vazava todos o som dos hóspedes ao lado. Atendimento de bar péssimo, eram 15 horas e o quarto ainda não tinha sido limpo, corredores dos quartos sem limpeza. Trocaram a senha do Wifi e não nos avisaram, A estrutura do hotel é muito boa (algumas coisa mais antigas mas ok), achei que faltou treinamentos de alguns setores.

Ficamos 5 dias no hotel. Limpeza boa. Manutenção ficou a desejar com armários estufados e empenados. Piscina descascando. Ponto muito bom foi a ducha no banho. Maravilhosa Café da manhã bom, atendimento do garçom Daniel exemplar! O ponto de localização no miolo de jeri.

Pessima relação custo benefício! Tive que pagar uma diferença expressiva, para estar bem acomodado, pois os apartamentos padrão são muitíssimo pequenos. As areas comuns estão absolutamente abandonadas. Moveis velhos, estragados, muito rusticos e sem manutenção. O restaurante é uma vergonha!

Decepcionante...

Razoável. Hotel está precisando urgentemente de manutenção. A localização é maravilhosa, todavia, as instalações estão bem precárias. O atendimento no check in foi decepcionante. Solicitei com antecedência para que o meu quarto ficasse o mais próximo possível do da minha mãe, que ficou em um apartamento single. Ela tem 85 anos. Sempre peço para ficarmos em apartamentos próximos, para dar assistência se necessário. Fizeram o oposto! Eu fiquei no primeiro andar, no último quarto do lado esquerdo do hotel e a minha mãe ficou no térreo, no último quarto do lado direito... O café da manhã, e os funcionários que o servem, salvam a viagem. Foi a segunda, e última vez, que nos hospedamos neste hotel. Voltei porque havia gostado bastante da hospedagem há 5 anos. No entanto, me decepcionei desta vez. Não recomendo.

Sobre os funcionários, todos simpáticos e práticos em todo serviço, os meninos e as meninas do café , simpáticos e atenciosos . Sobre o quarto ; cama confortável, ar funcionando bem , mas seria ótimo se trocassem o sofá cama por outra cama , p ser mais confortável, e o mesmo estava com bastante cheiro de Morfo . Outro ponto negativo, foi que nos colocaram em um quarto conjugado, na sexta não tinha ngm, mas no sábado chegou um casal sem educação nenhuma , que ficava chutando a porta , quando a gente conversava no quarto , aí me Digam , vcs viajam p ficarem mudos ? Sendo que estávamos em Família E Com criança . Piscina boa e vista maravilhosa. Café da manhã , as comidas feitas na hora estavam ótimas , as servidas no Buffet não gostei, os bolos sem gosto e achei sem higiene colocar panos em cima das comidas . Banheiro a água não desce o ralo com facilidade . Toalhas bastante grossas , precisando de amaciante . Rs Vista linda , acesso ao mar .

Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários bem cordiais. Porém o quesito limpeza deixou a desejar. Corredores e tapetes sujos, sem nunca retirar a areia. Tudo bem que o hotel era pé na areia, mas dentro dos corredores não né. Quarto com cheiro de mofo e toalhas de pessima qualidade.
