"Énorme surprise à notre arrivée : le riad est fermé pour travaux et pas des petits... Il y a des échafaudages, des graves et des ouvriers partout !!! Réservation validée en janvier sur Expédia mais Riad vendu en février et en travaux au moins jusqu'à la fin de l'année !!! Heureusement que sommes arrivés à 18h et que nous étions à notre 4eme voyage à Marrakech et avons pu trouver une solution sinon nos vacances auraient pu tourner au cauchemar ! "Very helpful and serviceminded staff. We had arranged with the Riad to pick us up at the airport, but noone showed up to pick us up. By some help from a man at the airport, we got in contact with the Riad and they then sent a car to pick us up after an hour of waiting. The driver got some boys to show us the way to the riad and told us how much money we should pay them. We payed them according to this, but the boys wasn`t satisfied with the payment and started to threaten us and wouldn`t leave...
