Dirty not even simple housekeeping. Very dusty in the pantry. Worse waited more than an hour for staff to check in. No staff was around and unable to contact. Towels and room service not available. On the first day, I had to do my room service cleaning. Some food in the pantry expired long ago.

Reasonable price and cozy
Basically this hotel is with auto registration system but you can contact the manager via cell phone. The price is 40,000 Korean won and I think it's very reasonable price. And the location is so good because it's within walking distance from the Jeonju Station (KTX) I'd love to visit this hotel again anytime when I have a chance to go to Jeonju again.
