한국에 베드버그가 있는 숙소가 있을 줄이야

방 크기라던가 전체적인 인테리어는 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 다만 숙박후 베드버그로 2주째 피부과를 다니며 고생 중인 것을 생각하면 너무나 아쉽네요. 또한 체크인 카운터에서 너무나 먼 객실동도 좋은 경험은 아니었습니다

하이원그랜드호텔 컨벤션타워

안가본 곳이어서 숙소로 잡아봤어요. 다친 다리 회복중이라 휴양이 목적이었는데 비가와서 숙소에 머물면서 쉬기 좋았어요. 입구의 운암정 한옥식 카페 넘 멋있었고 근처 산책하기도 좋았어요.

객실 외 부대시설 서비스가 별로에요 뷔페는 순서가 정확히 지켜졌는지 의심스럽고 서비스는 고인물들이 많인서 인지 퉁명스러웠네요

종사자의 service mind 부족. client가 만족하는 service가 되어야 함. 미소가 없고, client가 만족하지 못하는 service는 제대로 평가 받을 수 없음.우리나라 국력 수준이면 최소한 OECD국가 평균 수준 이상의 service mind가 있어야 함. 우물안 개구리 수준. 왜 외국인이 찾지 않는지 생각해 보아야 함.

프런트 전화 세번해서 통화. TV 음성 버튼이 작동하지 않아서 전화했는데 세번만에 통화함. TV는 기본인데 음성버튼이 미작동했음. 화요일 저녁인데도 호텔에 주차장이 없어서 숙박객 전용주차장에 주차하고 비맞고 걸어옴. 지하주차장에서 호텔로 올때 지하연결 통로가 없음. 주차장에 안내문도 없었고 5성급 호텔로 다녀본중 최악이었음.

다 좋은데 신선한 공기로 환기 할 수 있는 창문이 없습니다. 식음료 가격도 물론 비싼것이 단점이구요
