"We had a nice stay at the Jackson Lake Lodge. The mountain view from the main building was phenominal. The food was great, and the stuff was very helpful. Looking forward to our next trip there."
"The wagon experience was unique, but it was cold the night we stayed there, and even with the blankets, we were very cold. We were not informed that there was an additional fee to receive sheets and blankets. They waived that fee, but it appears that nothing had been cleaned or washed very well because there were lots of hairs on the sheets, and the pillows were stained. There was also not enough parking for the 4 wagons at the top of the property. There was enough space for maybe 3 cars to park for the 4 wagons there. The bathrooms were relatively clean (didn’t smell), but there was a leak from one sink, which caused a lot of water on the floor, making it muddier than need be."
"I was very impressed with my entire experience at Colter Bay Village. The cabin was adorable, clean and had a better bathroom than I expected. We loved the general store and gift shop (although prices were higher than some of the other gift shops in the area). My boys loved the food at the Chuckwagon restaurant. We also had an amazing experience on the Breakfast Cruise to Elk Island. The captain and first mate were so personable and funny and really connected with the visitors. The views were amazing and the breakfast was yummy! They even had hot chocolate for the kids and coffee made over the fire for the adults! My husband used the laundromat and was able to access internet while waiting on the laundry.
We can't wait to save up for another trip and we will definitely stay in Colter Bay. It's close enough to the south entrance of Yellowstone that you can really see both YNP and GTNP while staying in the village."
"We arrived in time to enjoy dinner at the restaurant before it closed for the evening. The property was nice, clean, well maintained and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night but would recommend to families."
"Our family of four traveled from the East Coast for our first trip to Jackson Hole, and Gravity Haus exceeded every expectation. Located right in Teton Village, the location is unbeatable for both hikers and skiers. The customer service here is unmatched. As Disney regulars, that is our gold standard, and Grant and his team hit the mark perfectly. Grant went above and beyond, offering tailored hiking and dining recommendations that made our trip seamless. The amenities are fantastic… our kids loved the heated pool and hot tub after long hikes, and the gym is well-equipped (half rack, BB, DBs, ski erg, rower and a treadmkill). To top it all off, Grant’s dog, Bailey, was the ultimate welcoming committee, greeting us after a long day on the trails. Highly recommend Gravity Haus for an amazing family getaway!"
