Zimmer hervorragend, Abendessen steht zur Verfügung, Auswahl sehr klein, aber Küche sehr felxibel. Ladestation für PKW vorhanden allerdings nur für Fixpreis von 20€, egal wieviel geladen werden soll

Obwohl ich spät abends angekommen bin und das Restaurant ab 20:00 schließt, habe ich doch noch ein kleines warmes Essen bekommen. Aber man merkte schon, dass das Personal am abbauen und vorbereiten für das Frühstück war, hatte zweimal nach meinem Getränk fragen müssen. Aber sonst perfekter Service. Es gibt keinen Grund zu klagen.

Erholsamer Day-Trip mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Maiers Wellnesshotel ist ein nettes Haus mit sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und bietet alle Wellnesseinrichtungen die man sich wünschen kann. Sauna, Dampfbad, Whirlpool, Schwimmbad, Tepidarium, alles ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist toll. Ein sehr reichhaltiges Buffet bietet alles was man sich so vorstellen mag. Zur Therme Loipersdorf ist es außerdem nur ein Katzensprung.

Sehr enttäuschend für ein wellnesshotel

Folgende punkte waren für uns sehr enttäuschend, wir haben uns von einem 4sterne hotel mehr erwartet: 3 Erwachsene im Familienzimmer, 1 Nacht mit Frühstück 1.) Keine Bademäntel am Zimmer, nur gegen eine Gebühr von 4,50 (Badeschlapfen kosten auch 4,- darf man sich aber behalten) 2.) Im Zimmer waren für 3 Erwachsene nur 3 Badetaschen vorbereitet 3.) Restaurant bietet abends nur Menü bzw Buffet an, kein A-la-carte... Man könnte auch nicht nur 1 gang vom menü bestellen. 4.) Check-out um 11.00, danach darf auch der Spa-Bereich nicht weiter genützt werden. Man muss einen Aufpreis von 20,- pro Zimmer bezahlen um dieses und den welnessbereich bis 18.00 nutzen zu dürfen... 5.) Keine Vergünstigung für den Eintritt in die Therme Loipersdorf 6.) Frühstück war o.k. Leider kein süßes Gebäck (kipferl, croissant) 1,5h vor Frühstücksende. 7.) Mittags Vitamin-Bar besteht aus Obst und Kuchen; Getränke und Kaffee mussten extra bezahlt werden... 8.) Wellness bereich o.k. leider nur 1 außenpool (beheizt und von innen zugänglich) aber eher kühl, nicht zum plantschen geeignet. Leider haben sich diese "Kleinigkeiten" innerhalb von 2 Tagen summiert und unserem Aufenthalt einen miesen Beigeschmack verpasst. Für ein 4-sterne Hotel, werden mehr Leistungen und Service erwartet. Wir haben unseren Unmut am An- und Abreisetag dem Personal kundgetan, diese reagierten aber teils unprofessionell darauf mit den Worten "das ist bei uns halt so..." Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen, keine Weiterempfehlung!

Tolles Wochenende

Ich habe eine Comfort Zimmer gebucht. Begeistert hat mich : die geteilten Räumlichkeiten von Bad und WC. Balkon war klein, fein und vor allem vorhanden. Es befindet sich ein riesiges Fernsehen im Zimmer. Es stehen für den Wellnessbereich zu Verfügung Bademäntel und eine vorbereitete Tasche mit Handtücher. In der Nähe von Rezeption wird Nachmittag eine Nachmittags Jause vorbereitet: Obst, Kuchen, Joghurt und mehr. Man zahlt nur seine Getränke und die Jause ist in Zimmerpreis, genauso wie das Frühstück am nächsten Tag, im Preis inbegriffen. Wellnessbereich hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Zwei Saunas, Dampfbad, Infrarot Kabine und ein Wirlpool, und Schwimmbecken. Alles Kleinformat, aber es war nie ganz voll, sogar Teilweise waren wir allein in die Sauna. Publikum war: jüngeren bis mittelalt, meistens Pärchen. Am Abend wird Büfett mit vier verschiedene Menüs für ein Aufpreis von 25 Euro zu Verfügung gestellt. Ehrlich gesagt, war mir das Essen keine 25 Euro Wert. Dafür das Frühstücksbüffet war einmalig. Insgesamt hat mir das Aufenthalt sehr gut getan und deswegen empfehle ich dieses Hotel weiter.
