Wspaniala lokalizacja oraz bardzo serdeczne osoby pracujce w Recepcji. Sympatyczne, serdeczne, pomocne, zaangazowane. Slychac bylo juz podczas rozmowy telefonicznej, ze osoba z Recepcji jest bardzo autentyczna i służy pomocą. Stan obiektu -niestety, juz niektore elementy sa zuzyte i nalezy im sie odswiezenie. Schlosshotel in großem Park mit Aussicht

Das Hotel ist eine 150 Jahre alte Fabrikantenvilla, später Offizierskasino, in einem großen Park auf einem Hügel über Hirschberg. Von der Hotelterrasse mit Barservice hat mein einen großartigen Blick auf das Riesengebirge und die Schneekoppe. Große, holzvertäfelte Halle mit Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind entsprechend den Erwartungen sehr groß mit hohen Decken. Sehr gepflegter, sauberer Zustand. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, welches extra zu bezahlen ist (ca. Euro 8,00 pro Person). Das Personal spricht ausgezeichnet englisch, aber kein deutsch. Sichere, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Die Wellnesseinrichtungen haben wir nicht genutzt.

Im Vergleich zu vergangenen Aufenthalten ist die ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlechter geworden. Am Sonntag gab es bereits gegen 8:00 Uhr keine Brötchen mehr zum Frühstück, das bis 10:30 angeboten wurde. Obst fehlte ebenfalls.

gepflegtes historisches Gemäuer

Auf unserem Wochenendausflug von Berlin zur Schneekoppe haben wir eine Nacht im Palac Paulinum verbracht. Das Hotel liegt ideal auf dem Weg in Richtung Schneekoppe und die Ausstattung mit Sauna und Whirlpool haben es zu unserer Wahl gemacht. Zur Lage: Abgelegen in einem kleinen Wäldchen (war früher möglicherweise mal ein Park), reicht von der Größe her um sich ein wenig die Beine zu vertreten. Bis Jelina Góra sind es ca. 5km. Wir sind von unserem Tagestrip von der Schneekoppe abends im Hotel angekommen. Der Service: Uns ist nur freundliches Personal begegnet. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprachen (etwas) Deutsch, sodass die Verständigung kein Problem war. Restaurant: Küche bis 21.30Uhr. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker und die Preise sehr moderat. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen war abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig, es wurde allerdings ab 9.00Uhr (an einem Sonntag) nur noch mäßig nachgefüllt. Also: Frühaufsteher sind im Vorteil! Das Haus: ein herrliches, herrschaftliches Ambiente in allen Räumen, alles gut gepflegt, sodass man sich wohl fühlt. Wellness: Sauna + Dampfsauna waren in Betrieb, leider standen keine Extra-Handtücher zur Verfügung, sodass wir unsere eigenen nehmen mussten um hygienisch zu saunieren. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht in Betrieb. Also, nichts Überragendes der Wellnessbereich, klein, im Keller und bei mehr Andrang schnell überfüllt. Zum kurzen Ausspannenden am Abend reicht's aber. Fazit: Wir kommen auf unserem nächsten Trip zur Schneekoppe wieder!

Historisches Ambiente mit einigen Macken

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön, etwa 5min. mit dem Auto zur Altstadt. Die historischen Möbel sind zwar sehr schön anzusehen, jedoch krachte das Bett unglaublich laut, was den Schlafkomfort einschränkte. Auch die Dusche hat nicht ganz überzeugt. Das Zimmer war sehr stark beheizt, nicht regulierbar. Die Wellness-Behandlung (Massage) war okay aber es gab einige Kritikpunkte, wie beispielsweise: wenig entspannende, Hiphop und Disco Musik im Hintergrund, und eine Masseurin die noch während des Ankleidens wieder in den Raum kommt, war mir persönlich unangenehm war. Zudem gab es keine Bademäntel, so dass man die Kleidung auf die ölige Haut anziehen musste und der Boden war nicht ganz sauber (Sand und Rollsplitz von Schuhen). Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch im Restaurant waren wir zufrieden. Alles in allem eine eher positive Bewertung, jedoch für den Preis und Sterneanzahl waren die Erwartungen höher.

Dobre polożenie do wypadów po okolicy

Hotel wygodny, pokój duży i przestronny. Same wnętrza hotelowe (hall, restauracja) nieco ponure i przytłaczające. W strefie saun brakuje miejsca do relaksu i odpoczynku między sesjami w saunie. Śniadanie w porządku, duży wybór, niestety mało miejsca i trzeba było czekać na sprzątnięcie stolika. Hotel jest dobrą bazą do wycieczek po okolicy.
