Loved the scenery and the luxurious vibe. The room was amazing and the outdoor bath was superb. The location was easy enough to get to with a hire car and the staff were fantastic and helpful. Easily the nicest hotel stay I have ever had.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa as it provided the tranquility I was after. Its proximity to Hallasan and horse-riding places was a plus. The floor heating system kept me warm throughout my winter stay. The cookies and milk tea provided as a welcome gift were a delightful touch. The outdoor bathtub took some time to fill up, and I encountered a few insects in the shower since its connected to outdoor bathtub, but this was understandable (kinda expected) given the villa's forest location. Overall, it's definitely an ideal choice for newlyweds and those looking to escape from city life. Btw, I was truly impressed by the reception staff's Mandarin-speaking skills, which were even better than mine. :p

The beautiful environment of the hotel area, stylish interior design of the room excellent. It is a good place for chilling and spending the weekend. However, communicatikn and professionalism have be a problem before and during my stay. Has been sending messages and emails ot the hotel through Expedia and other ways, yet, no replies were received at all. At the end Expedia helped me to call the hotel to get some answers. I guess it is because staff are quite fresh. Lastly, the housekeeping is not doing a very good job. The service overall doesn't match with the hotel standard I think.

I’ve stayed in the hot for 3 days, the most annoying thing I found is the room i booked needs transportation to get from main building, maybe it’s excellent if you have a car, just not for us. And the facilities in room takes time to understand, like the projector and the screen, they don’t have English option. And I tried to use the outdoor tub, I can’t find the turn on switch. The tooth brush and paste are not free to use. The breakfast is not included, it costs about 60 canadian dollars per person. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it’s your first time in Jeju. it takes 13-15 canadian dollars from downtown/airport to this hotel and not many taxis in christmas time.

Nice location with the Mountain View, but if you don’t have a car it is inconvenient. Most taxes don’t want to go to the hotel because it is located in the middle of nowhere they said. 很有度假的感覺，環境很舒服，房間也超舒服。早餐和晚餐都有驚喜。位於2樓的餐廳很好吃。我建議入住。

화장실 문 안쪽 테두리 노후. 화장실 안쪽 모서리 거미줄, 방 테이블 TV 선반 아랫쪽 콘센트 꽂는 부분 마감 미처리로 콘크리트 그내로 노출 등
