"We booked through Expedia and should have had a rate of 280 per night the hotel charges many many fees on top like a room service fee and room access fee which brought our nightly total up to 450.. Staff are rude and using the spa area was like being inspected ervy minute wasn't luxurious at all . Why have spa and sauna if your going to make it so difficult to access The buffet breakfast was great but pricey 55 per night Expedia are now help as to why my stay went from 800 to 1600 dollar stay....will never return or use Expedia again ."

"Great location in Songdo. The rooms were clean and tons of food and 24 hour services in the lobby. The gym was great! It had alot of machines. Highly recommend booking here. "
