「The city of Manosque isn't really worth a visit - I chose it thinking it was central to the lavender fields and close to the L'Occitane factory (I call it the Poughkeepsie of Provence...). I thought it would be a good idea to have a cheap hotel in the pedestrian section of town but what I hadn't taken into consideration is that the high cost of parking our rental car made this "budget" hotel more expensive than the Ibis on the outskirts of town. If I had it to do over I wouldn't stay at this...

「Très agréablement surpris par la grandeur des chambres. Très bien décoré avec une grande douche italienne. La literie est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner digne d’un trois étoiles, voir d’avantage. Le parc est superbe avec une piscine et terrain de boules. L’accueil est chaleureux. Vraiment ravis de notre séjour.」

「It's a totally relaxing and aromatic hotel in an old beautiful town. We stayed for 4 autumn nights and they have a good parking lot. The hotel hostess Madame Annique is very elegant and helpful. 「No air-condition ! no one to serve when check in, the city tax charge you 10 Euro only for a room night. located in a wasteland. There is no lights outside in the night time, kind of terrible. Very hot in the summer season, couldn't sleep! when you open the window the flying insects could fly in your room. BAD!」
