「The desk attendant was very nice and helpful. They were very welcoming and personable. Our suite was very clean and the views were incredible! I was a little disappointed that the shower water didn’t get very hot and that the hot tub was not very hot either. Aside from those two things it was a great experience!」

「Really cozy rooms with ornate, historic details. Loved the light continental pastries and local coffee in the morning as well as the sauna late at night after a long day. Kirsten made us feel welcomed despite a double booking upgraded our stay and gave us a bottle of Prosecco to ring in the New Year with. Will definitely be back soon!
