「The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. 「We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel...

「免費行李託管服務非常好，職員清潔可以更仔細一點，但都乾淨企理嘅，前台人員服務非常好，見到有不少人用佢嘅遊泳池，預先講咗是度蜜月，主動幫我哋upgrade咗房間，非常貼心」

「 The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is...

「A good hotel located a slient place near the CBD.」

「No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.」

「Convenience Location with nearby shopping mall」

「The location is good. 10 min to city centre. A quiet location with nice restaurants aound. People at reception are nice. Deluxe room not so deluce. Housekeeping not so good. Air conditioner full of dust. Bathing soap not refilled until asked. Room only vacuumed every 2 days on requests. Housekeeping off early and once they forgot to clean the room,we need to throw rubbish ourselves.」
