Just stayed one night but room was good, pool area looks nice but never had a chance to use it. Looks like a good hotel for and extended stay as the rooms have a kitchen and washing machine. AC was very good.

Good Aparthotel in Xabia.

Great property for a 1 bed appartment. Good size. Functional kitchen. Location great and easy parking. TV could have had more international channels with more than one English speaking channel. (Sky News) Other than that, which is a small point the overall stay was very good. Thank you.

The Pros & The Cons

Pros: 1) Three pools & a playground for little ones. 2) The breakfast buffet was really nice. Hot & cold foods: scrambled eggs & bacon alongside Spanish pastries & continental meats & cheeses. Several juices, milk, coffee, & tea were also available. 3) Proximity to Arenal Beach wasn't bad. (Approx 5 min. drive.) The distance would be walkable, but there weren't safe walkways (no sidewalks). 4) The apartment setup is really nice! We really appreciated the kitchenette. And my husband and I could sit in the living area with a door closed between us & our toddler sleeping in the bedroom at naptime. Cons: 1) The pool grounds were covered in painful burrs. Every time our daughter sat down, she had burrs stuck to her diaper or bathing suit. 2) The pools could have been kept cleaner. 3) The hotel walls were paper thin. On our first morning there, I was woken up by the sounds of the man next door vomiting. 4) The "free" WiFi barely worked. Our username & pw expired two times during our three-night stay. Not that the code helps that much anyway; the WiFi barely worked. 5) DO NOT PAY for the hotel's "Deluxe" WiFi (€5/day!). The connection was so poor I couldn't even open Gmail in HTML-only mode. A total racket.

Bastante bien

Hemos estado la noche del 25 al 26 de enero 2025. Muy tranquilo, en esta época del año. Mucho calor en la habitación, pese a apagar los radiadores, se notaba calor porque las tuberías de la calefacción pasaban por debajo del suelo. La pega de ir en esta fechas es que aprovechan para reformas y el restaurante estaba cerrado. En cualquier caso, todo bien.

Hotel bien, desayuno mal

El hotel en general están bien, aunque la habitación un poco antigua. La piscina está muy bien. El hotel queda lejos de las calas y la zona de restaurantes pero creo que por la orografia de la zona es lo que hay, hay que moverse en coche o en taxi. El desayuno un desastre total, aunque la señora que lo lleva es muy simpática (no habla español) la calidad del mismo deja mucho que desear. El jamon serrano tenía un tono verde muy raro, el jamón de york de sándwich barato, el queso lo mismo, una tortilla de patata a modo guiri, seca como la mojama, con salchichas de Frankfurt encima como decoración. Evitar el desayuno allí sin es posible. Por nuestra parte, fuimos con amigos a comer/tardeo en una cala y nos movimos en taxi. Al hotel solo a dormir, para esto perfecto.

bochorno innecesario.

Un bochorno innecesario en el servicio del desayuno. Nadie te recibe, ni un buenos días, ni te da ninguna información. Únicamente te encuentras una mesa con un montón de platos preparados con antelación a modo de campamento con (rebanada pan molde a modo de tostada fría, loncha fiambre, loncha queso, 1/2 loncha jamón, monodosis de aceite, tomate, mermelada y un mini bolleria), vasos de zumo ya rellenos (no los probamos). Maquina café de botones, y 2 dispensadores de cereales a granel. Todo a modo de self service. Sin entrar a detalle de la calidad y cantidad, solo decir que escaso y baja. Que en mitad del comedor a viva voz te llamen la atención como si estuvieras robando comida, no es nada agradable. Nuestro error, por la falta de información, sin saber que solo tienes derecho a un plato por adulto, fue levantarnos a coger un plato adicional, y tratar de rellenar el bol de cereales del niño, previamente habíamos cogido una muestra de los 2 cereales para que eligiera. Un bochorno innecesario, y que pasado el sonrojo inicial, exigimos en pagar. Dado el mal trago el segundo día ya no bajamos a desayunar. Cada sitio tiene su política y la acepto, pero el mismo mensaje de forma educada y más discreta no hubiera tenido más repercusión que mostrar nuestro desconocimiento y abonar el exceso si hubiera producido. Una auténtica pena porque las instalaciones y el apartamento son muy correctos para pasar unos días en familia.
