「I was surprised when the hotel staff told us that the evening tea they offer wasn't available to us because we booked through Expedia. We paid the full price, whether directly or indirectly, so the facilities should be the same for everyone. Unfortunately, they refused to provide it, and they also denied us complimentary access to the steam room. Overall, they didn’t seem to prioritize guest satisfaction.」
