Disliked: Communication
Elevator was broken during our stay of 3 days and our apartment was on the third floor. We had elderly couples with us and luggages. It wasn’t convenient for us at all. Provided towel weren’t that clean. The mattress in the bedroom was horrible, dirt and uncomfortable. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there. The receptionists weren’t helpful at all. They didn’t take any responsibilities and saying that this is just their part time jobs.
