"Sofrível. Já havia me hospedado. Achava razoável. Desta vez foi lamentável. Não havia os itens de higiene pessoa que, embora eu não use, demonstram a atenção e cuidado do hotel com os hóspedes. Havia dispensar vazio, na pia e no Box do banheiro. Faltou papel higiênico. Não houve arrumação e limpeza e muito menos troca de toalhas de banho, no 2º dia e ainda ficamos mais um.
