"I love this hotel. I would go back. No swimming pool which is okay because we were out most of the time. I did not see nearby establishments here. It was a comfortable stay. "
"First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time."
"The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"

The Marison Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is situated in the town. I have a friend with coming feom the US. The hotel itself is nice and clean also closer to the places to visit but walking around the area is not pleasant at all. It was a great stay over all. The hotel staff are great and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is a plus which was awesome! Keep up the good work Marison Hotel."
"The staff were amazing. They always provided me with first class service. My air conditioning quit working just after 1am. I called the front desk and maintenance was at my room in 5 minutes. "
"Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn't the best and some primary outlets in the room really should be replaced. Very worn out.
The included breakfast was very simple but you could order a bit more if wanted. Not a lot of choices.
Overall it was nice and enjoyable and clean."
"The stay waa great. The hotel's location is strategic and accessible to all your needs. The supermarket is just in front of the hotel. Laundry shop is only 3 blocks away same with the church. Breakfast is included in the accommodations from its restaurant. The food selection was really good. "
"Staff are polite & friendly, offers help. However maintenance took a little time to fix problem in the room.Closet creaking badly-quick oil in brackets maybe? The bigger pillow, unusually big & hard -so uncomfortable.Sad coz it's beautifully located.Kids running in the hallway, guests doors kept open & you hear voices echoing in the hallway @ night. There should at least be rules in place for that.Plated food in the stead of breakfast buffet was horrible.Wishing them luck. All in all I appreciated the staff.❤"
