"Check-in was quick. My room on the first floor was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable, with three pillows. The TV was adequate, though pretty small - maybe 32". The remote control has buttons for Netflix and Amazon Prime, but I didn't try them out. The air conditioning was excellent. There was a packaged bar of soap next to the sink, and large containers of body wash and shampoo in the bathtub/shower. The bathroom had plenty of towels available. I didn't partake of the free breakfast, so I can't comment about that.
The hotel is close to lots of stores and restaurants, and is conveniently located less than a mile off the interstate.
It's a good, basic hotel at an affordable price in a convenient location - just what I needed. I had nothing to complain about during my one-night stay, so I'd be happy to stay here again the next time I'm in Bellingham."
"My wife and I tried this place on a lark; my daughter is set to be a student at Western next year, and we needed a place to stay to learn the town.
I've been blown away, honestly--the hotel is clean, quiet, and has everything I could want. Great morning breakfast (free!), the bar at night is ridiculously affordable for a hotel bar, great pool, a parking garage if you want it--this is where I'll stay when I visit Bellingham now and forever!"
"The rooms were clean and the mini "kitchen" was stocked with plates and cups. It was helpful to have a sink outside of the bathroom too (with four people in a room!). The front desk and breakfast personnel were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. The location is OK, but a bit hard to find (tucked behind other buildings) and on a busy street. Internet was good."
