「The staff attitude can be better.」

「It's a nice hotel with a view of lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. it is a nice hotel but we didn't have WiFi in our room and there was dust on bed and weird smell from bathroom. So it'd be perfect if they can fix those. Overall we had a nice stay 」

「Everything was so wonderful! The room was cozy and clean. And the staffs are all nice and friendly. The various kinds of homemade jam were so good. I stayed 11 days and every dinner was so tasty! And of course you can enjoy the great views of mountains just in front of you every moring and see beautiful sunset in the evening. Since this resort locates on the top of the hill, it is always quiet and peaceful. A lovely dog runs on the grass field and a cute cat walks on the roof of the restaurant....
