Very comfortable room, more walking space needed

It was a wonderful stay , very clean and comfortable bed and bathroom. I had stayed in queen room , would have preferred some more space in room between cot and reading desk , it was a bit cramped. but overall AC and comfort of room was good. and will stay again in same place when I come back

Fab place to stay in Jakarta

Brilliant hotel the room was the best we’ve had with ample space. The pool was a good size and clean. The bar menu in the lobby was awesome. Breakfast also excellent Staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel

Location is in close proximity to Pondok Indah Mall, Transmart, and Lebak Bulus MRT station. The staff are friendly and helpful. My grievance is that I was given a smoking room (out of 2 rooms I ordered), and the AC in one of the rooms did not work properly.

I like the big trees around the swimming pool area, but I do not like the candle placed on the outdoor dining tables by the swimming pool as it doesn't give enough light to enjoy the meal or drink, there should be a proper outdoor light

A very good and safe hotel in southern Jakarta

Overall a very good and safe hotel in southern Jakarta, with safety guard and detectors at the entrance. Breakfast is superb. Very close distance to the (only) metro in Jakarta - which is top-modern. (But you need to buy a local card, e.g. in the Indomart store, prior to travel. The hotel also has a big pool, BUT THERE IS SOMETHING WITH THE POOL WATER. After approx 15 minutes in the pool, my fingers "shrinked" a lot, and my old wound on my hand started to "corrode" (very strange feeling) - which never happens to me in a normal swimming pool. Besides of this - I recommend to stay here.

Not great value for me

It was a pretty straightforward hotel. Nothing jumped out and the area was a little bland. The WiFi wasn’t great and the cleaning service wasn’t up to good standards (they didn’t refill soap or toilet paper when I was clearly out and also threw out a bag of stuff that wasn’t garbage, nor was even by a garbage can). I wouldn’t stay here again, but that’s just me.

Swimming pool showers area should be use safety floor, when wet conditions floors very slipper, I felt I was lucky not get hurted seriously I just got brush in my back and my bump but my bump get turned black and swelling. I have to use my own money expense for treatment.

The hotel needs renovation. The closet door won’t close so the light is always on. One of the bedside light switches is hard to operate. The towel rack in the bathroom is not fixed properly and seems to be falling off. Housekeeping knocked on my door at about 9:30 PM to offer me bottled water when I didn’t ask for any and it was already quiet time. Soundproofing is not good as I can hear the live band playing in the pool area. The road to the hotel has traffic always except early morning.

Cockroaches / no Wi-Fi / lazy and weird staff / not enough staff at the front desk I was shocked when I saw a cockroach at the bathroom as it was my first time to see it at any hotels in Indonesian. I spent about 1 - 2 months in hotels in Jakarta, Jogja, or Bali... WiFi is very hard to use almost no connection. No improvement while I am staying more than one week. Some staff at the restaurant are excellent while others are very lazy for example 1) room keeping sometime is not good as they forgot to put hand towels, toilet paper and even inconsistent timing 2) almost a week laundry staff did not come to the room and they never keep the promise about when it was ready to returned after washed 3) front staff and security staff were always chatting or playing with their phones ... very far from friendly.
