Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly, service is good. Buffet breakfast is tasty and hv a good spread of choices. As the same as swissotel next door, the shower area definitely can be improved on.

Was a 1 night b4 our flight the nxt night. Find staff very unfriendly n not able to accommodate. Everything we ask was like no vry rudely. Breakfast was ok. Location ok as its near airport. Shopping mall n many svc shops around.

Efficient business trip

Great lobby staff and very convenient location. Room is new but small issues with safe not working but fixed rapidly. There was solvent smell on first day in the floor but resolved. Why would you use solvents in enclosed space I don’t know ? They offer bikes and helmets, it is a great service but hotel can improve the maintenance of the bikes periodically. Breakfast quality was average, better to skip it.

I wouldnt recommend staying in this hotel. I booked a room and we were given a smoking room, I went to check it and I couldnt even breathe at the hallway not mention in the room. the receptionist told me if you want non smoking you have to add another million rupiah. I have no choice since I am already so tired from long haul international flight from US. never in my life that I booked a room and given a smoking one, and have to pay extra 50% if you wany non smoking one. find some other hotel if you could, I do not suggest this place.
