The location is good as the property is in the central area of Jakarta which gives you about the same travel time to most places around the city. But, this also can be a disadvantage because of the heavy traffic to get in and out of this Cikini area. The hotel was good. Breakfast was okay. However, the front desk staff were not as friendly as many other hotels I've stayed. As an example, when I asked for a store that may be open at a late hour, the staff wouldn't even look at me but say 'everything is closed' while looking down at a computer monitor, not looking at me. And this similar event happened twice during my stay. I'm not asking for anything special, but I definitely felt like I was not welcome to ask a question as their guest.

This was a great property for the money; but then did it again this is JAKARTA do It’s cheaper than staying in Memphis or Tuscaloosa Alabama. Nice room. Good location. They try to make the rooms boutique-style; not enough light to do things like shave properly. A good solid, Brated property

The lobby and restaurant area is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. There were drinking water machines positioned all over, so that you could refill your water bottle. I had the standard room, which was rundown and in need of a makeover. It made the room look dirty. There was a filthy carpet, which was covered in so many stains. The view from the room was of a grey wall and a roof. I have been paying a similar room price throughout Southeast Asia, and this is well below par.

Stayed here 8 months ago and was happy with the room and service. This time I was given a room on the first floor with no view, the shower had mold in it and the breakfast was delivered to the room well before the appointed time so it was quite cold and unappealing.

Great hotel both for business and leisure
Very friendly and attentive staff from reception to the restaurant. Good buffet spread for breakfast, which comes as a surprise for a small business hotel. Rooms are very clean and the bed is comfy.

Friendly staff. Lobby is clean and modern. Fast room service and front desk will double check to make sure what you asked is delivered. Carpet is a little dirty, but bed is clean (most important). I would return. Well done.

Won't be back
I took a chance staying at this hotel as transit from a long international flight to a long domestic one. The purpose was to rest. However, workers directly below my window were drilling holes in the external wall or shoveling into the night. Relax at the pool? Not possible. Stay were busy making repairs to the terrace floor for an evening event, one of them taking unauthorized pictures on her hand phone of me swimming. The internet was so inconsistent that I had to move to the crowded lobby where other guests were fleeing the construction racket. The side walks are currently torn up, requiring people to walk in crowded streets.

Need check for long stay
I had stayed a total 8 days, while there were no change towels and no clean room at one day. Usually they didn’t change towels and just leave them hold. So you should check they will change or not. The buffet style for the breakfast is fine. But several foods were not worm, even they put on the heater.

サービスはとても良い、ルームメイキングは夕方に再度確認に来てくれるし、毎日ウェルカムケーキとかフルーツを届けてくれる。 但し周辺のレストランがかなりローカルなレストランでインドネシア語とかこちらの食事に通じてないとオーダーが難しそうな感じです。

Decent business hotel
Overall good stay for business trip (i.e., it's a typical chain hotel without too much personality). Pros: Hotel staff were lovely and went out of there way to help. Rooftop pool is great. Room servicing and cleaning was very high standard. Cons: It's a noisy area - you can hear the mosque at 5am and the trains going past.

There is a lack of choice for restaurants inside the hotel. However, the seafood fried noodles which I had ordered and delivered to my room was piping hot & delicious.

Good place, cost effective
Reasonable price for room, meal etc. Location is not that good but price & service can make it acceptable. But don't use room massage service. The therapist seems unskilled and unprofessional. Better than nothing, but definately not worth the money.

Need to improve for full occupancy
I stayed over 10 nights, but the equipment is no problem. The restaurant for breakfast were full, some menu was empty... and coffee server didn't work well, need improvement. Additionally, I booked non-smoking room,. but my room was smoking room due to full booking.

it can is Ok the name of the hotel and price is the thing which atractv me to book this hotel for my stay in jakarta breakfast is not prepared for non east asian guest as the type of food mainly east asian type , room was lacking of soap tell you request towels supose to be clean but looks not from colour and smell , room is small but OK. bath room smell is not give you the feeling of comfort and disturb you if you leave door open by mistake no mini bar even for non alkhol drinks. , there is small revregator . the good thing is the receptionist they were very wellcoming and very poilet and they answer question with good smile and attension which let you feel good the baggage porters delay in taking bagage but with smile and trying to do the best i think is matter of being profficinal . the loby is small which is crawded by guists the hotel facilities I as swiming pool or fitness center I did not use or ask if present as the feeling will not be clean as this impresion i got it from room bath room. location of hotel is good on main street and surrounded by resturants shops but as the area cikini is not the modren part of jakarta i did not excpet to find big malls any how the price of hotel is good location is good. hotel employee are kind but hotel facilities to be rviwed by managment department I will not recommend this hotel for my friends and I will not chose it again for my next visits may be if improvment done i hope my impresion wil
