Yang terhormat Bapak MuhammadTerimakasih telah meluangkan waktu menulis ulasan terhadap hotel kami. Kami memohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan selama menginap dikarenakan kamar yang dirasa sempit dan bau yang kurang sedap. Izinkan kami menginformasikan bahwa ukuran kamar kami memang hanya 18m2, tetapi apabila Bapak berkenan kita juga memiliki kamar yang lebih besar dengan harga yang tidak terlalu jauh berbeda. Dikamar kami pun memang tidak semua kamar berjendela jadi sedikit kurang ada sirkulasi udara . Tetapi kami yakin tidak akan mengurangi kenyamanan Bapak pada saat menginap. Experience In Favehotel
The receiption r nice. But the room service very bad. I ordered 2 cups of hot water. Only HOT WATER. they never send for me. I request for hair dryer, also they didn't send to me. At least call me back to inform me it is not available. The food they are so lousy accept for egg and rice porridge.

清潔さとwifiに問題
2日間の滞在のうち、wifiが初日は壊れていて 全館で使用不可、2日目は部屋ではほとんど繋がらない（ロビーなら辛うじて繋がる）状態でした。 部屋には5Fなのに小さな蟻のような虫が何匹も散見されたり、シーツもシミが落ちていなかったり、挙げ句の果てには2日目は掃除が全くされていないという状態でかなりがっかりした滞在でした。 せっかく場所はモールにも近くて便利なのに、清潔さとwifiの状態にかなり問題があったので私はもう利用はしないと思います。

Very moderate hotel
Book 2 rooms with city view but got rooms without a window. After insisting that I must have the rooms with city view as booked, they finally gave the required rooms. Better cleaning of linens is a must as they are off-white. The location close to a mall is convenient and the housekeeping staff are helpfull and friendly. Shower with warm and cold water is quite good.

Hotel location is strategic, near to the Gading Mall, easy to find food and great ambiance of the hotel. The room is ok, but i got room without window during this stay. I think better if all of the room have outside window. Thank you
