「The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. Bathroom was clean with amentities as well like shaving kits and toothbrushes. Probably only downside to me was that i didn’t...

The hospitality was truly exceptional, and I want to give a special thanks to Omar, the receptionist, for his outstanding service. 「This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor.」
