「Upon entering the bathroom I saw a small cockroach and another by the main door. There were also ants on the bathroom floor. I let staff know and they asked if I wanted to change rooms. I asked to first see the other room and saw another cockroach in that bathroom as well. There also seemed to be dead mosquitos on the bedroom floor in the main room. A lot of bugs here. What I did like was that it was a 15 minute drive to the airport. There is also a beach within about 2 minutes walking distance....

「Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. 」
