At first view, many things work well - e.g. staff are kind, facilities are nice and clean as well as location near the river with jungle on the other side is beautiful. A large number of bad experiences with management was part of ruining the trip for us; incompetent and untrustworthy, lacking understanding of their guests. 「Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot.」

「價格確實很實惠，但房間的熱水不熱 反應過後，老闆說等久一點，但還是一樣 十二月份去的，所以冷到兩天都不敢洗澡 老闆會慫恿房客先訂餐點，說是要預先準備避免影響行程 但第一天早上餐點有缺少東西，第二天則是等了很久，讓準備搭巴士離開的我們挺緊張的 房間就很簡單」
