「I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there.」

「Shower had was broken,phone in room dont work.i call recaption from my phone,they answer the phone and didnt talk....staff unfriendly,rude.breakfast from 7 till 9.we came at 08:50.dining room was empty ! They took everything !!! Nuthing was there ,when we ask why ? They smile...」

「Gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis, allerdings leichte Verständigungsprobleme. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits gelegen und nicht einfach zu finden, Einrichtung sehr schön, aber das Badezimmer ist mit max. 2 Quadratmetern Größe eine echte Zumutung.」
