The housekeeping services and the staff at the bar was amazing. Loved rhe music vibes and pool table at the bar. Unfortunately i didn't go into the pool with the swim up bar bur I will definitely return the next time i visit Jaco.

The room was outdated and different from what they advertised on Expedia I have pictures and videos. The food was mid. I didn’t mind the loud music at night but our window was broke and poorly fixed the next day so it still didn’t close completely. Towards the end of our trip there was construction which stopped us from having water for hours then when it returned it was cold. Tried getting a refund from Expedia but they wouldn’t grant it because they “talked to the Manager” who confirmed the room was correct when indeed the pictures were completely different.

Pros: Clean room , smart Tv , comfortable bed , restaurant and security on site you’re in walking distance of everything, stores, pharmacy, restaurants. Cons: Sports bar down stairs if you sleep light it may not work for you, the food is expensive in the restaurant bought two alcoholic beverages a appetizer and entree 65$ , no elevator so you have to walk up and down stairs I didn’t see any elevator so it may not be wheelchair friendly

Friendly staff, very clean hotel that is a 2 minute walk from the beach. The noise level from the bar can be a bit loud at night but other than that I would recommend this hotel to others as a very affordable option for a stay in Jaco. 👍👍👍👍👍

Love this place. Simple as that. For someone new to the area security makes you feel safe and does thier job well. The rest of the staff was friendly as well including the awesome bar staff. Its a really convenient location.
