Great Resort, Amazing Staff, Very Nice and Courteous. I will suggest two lanes at Valet (Paint a Center Line) to prevent unnecessary traffic back ups) Each time I dropped or picked up car there was usually long backups as drivers were inconsistent in parking and valet staff were great in handling but with a few improvements would this a much smoother experience. This was like an Oasis get away!!! Beautiful stay. Customer service in the gift shop in the 2nd floor can benefit from Customer Service classes.

Great stay, room as shown in photos, plenty of options to dine in the area. Clean room, no issues. Parked on street, which was no charge. Someone said that would change and would need to pay for street parking soon. Would go here again for sure.

Very nice place to say but parking is terrible. You can only use valet if no parking on street. Very expensive to park.

LIVE the Jimmy Buffet vibe (RIP)!! Did a great job there! The only drawback was the valet situation, but I’m really not sure how you’d fix that with such little parking. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

From the minute you check in, the staff makes you feel as though you are part of the family! Rooms are clean and well laid out. Food is good, if not gourmet. The drink choices are awesome. We've stayed here twice, and we'll certainly be back!!!

Check in was a complete nightmare. Way too much attitude and I’m still waiting for text saying my room was ready. Valet was annoying. One elevator was out. Completely overpriced. Couldn’t find a pool towel to save my life. Pool was in a poor location after Noon. The room was ok but that was about it. I wanted to check it out and I did. But for the price and with many other options in the area, it’s a complete 1 and done.

It was dirty. They only had 2 elevators, one was out of order. Went to bar grill sat for 30 min not one waitress gave us a menu or acknowledged us. It was not that busy. My husband went an got us a beer from bar because no one came. The 2 guys seated next to us asked their waitress why no one has helped us so they got us a menu an we left. I’ll never stay there again. Beautiful view from our room but not worth the money to stay there. We had 2 queen bed room an one bed spread looked like there was pee stain on it. I mean if it wasn’t pee a just stained with something else throw that bedspread away an replace. All corners of room were very dirty. The roller seat was very loose which is dangerous,sliding all over.

Unfortunately, one of the elevators was down and with only one other was very difficult.. No notice the elevator was down, which lead us to standing around for 10-15 mins before the other arrived. We ended up taking the stairs. A notice should have been posted on all floors. But.. It is a beautiful hotel, great location.

Hotel lobby is beautiful. One working elevator was challenging. We stayed here since it was our halfway point to Savannah GA and close to Shands since we had a sick child that could have needed to be admitted. Our room was absolutely perfect!
