「From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. People are great. beach was not so clean it should get cleaned. 「This resort was way above standards, housekeeping comes by twice a day and will come again if called. 「Hotel was really good. We stayed at the royal savoy which is more private and more adult friendly than the normal savoy which allowed kids. We had a lovely service from the staff, breakfast was quite good and the quality of the food and beverages was really good including the free wine and beer included in our rate. Highly recommend it!」

「Stayed for 6 nights was a lovely apartment with AC working kitchen two balconies. Host was responsive and helpful called us taxis and made things comfortable. The water park comes alive at 2pm each day most days are slow waiting for it to open my eldest enjoyed it . Theres a grocery downstairs but you have to drive to the beach. Our host gave us a beach card. Beach is small and sectioned off. Water temp was only in 20s like the pool as for the time of year.」
