AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was treated so incredibly poorly at this hotel I cannot even begin to wrap my mind around the horrible experience I had. There were issues with the hotel and room itself. The bathroom door would not stay shut and the front desk guy had his pants undone on multiple occasions… just two examples. However, the absolute worst part of my two-week experience staying here was being kicked out by a police officer as if I’m some criminal. I had tried to book an extra night via Expedia and was having an issue with the app. I asked the front desk person, Angela, to speak with the manager, Kristen Blackdeer to see if she could assist. I was told I needed to leave, I said I wouldn’t leave before speaking with the manager. While I was waiting for the manager to call me back after her meeting, there was a knock on the door and it was the police telling me I needed to leave immediately. Of course this happened while I had two full loads of wet laundry in the washer and had not been prepared whatsoever to leave the property since I was planning on staying. This not only left me unexpectedly displaced, but interfered with my work meetings as I work from home. I’m still completely baffled and upset by how I was treated. I have filed a formal complaint with Hilton and will seriously reconsider staying at a different Hilton property in the future.
