「It is clean, stocked with necessities, and has a great location! We live the swift river sound going on all day!」

「The view from the balcony was great, there were so many options for restaurants that were less than a 10 minute walk. We went hiking the whole weekend and there were so many free/cheap entrances to numerous trails. The smaller bed of the two was so comfortable and the location was easy to find and parking was really close to our door. 」

「The condo needs to be remodeled. Carpet is worn in places. Knobs for the hot and cold water in tub come off and you need to hold them on to turn on and off the water. Tv remote did not have batteries in it for back bedroom. They came and put in new batteries but still could not get tv in that room to work. Very dark and dimly lit. They could at least put in LED bulbs. No elevator had to walk up to 3rd floor 」

「Internet worked well, bed was comfortable. I slept on bed with two babies, my older two children slept on pull out couch. It didn't look the most comfortable but my kids are seven and five so they're not very picky and they didn't complain. My husband slept on the Murphy bed solo. He said it wasn't the best but it's a Murphy bed at a vacation rental, so it was ok. Grand lake has a decent amount of food options well within walking distance so it was nice. We walked down to the lake and hung out...
