「Clean rooms, nice staff, everything you need.」

「Great ocean view! Ground floor unit was spacious and clean. Unfortunately could hear every step from the people in the unit above us. Our time was shoulder season so only hot tub and steam room were available.」

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Parking was also convenient and felt safe. 「The views around the hotel are absolutely amazing, and the two pools and hot tub are truly wonderful. The property is also quiet and not too crowded, so there is plenty of space to relax. The walk to the beach is beautiful as well. The restaurant food was also very delicious, with generous portions. The only thing I was disappointed with was the room. We booked the town-side queen beds room, but it looked older and smaller than it appeared in the photos. The view was not good, instead of seeing...

Immediately upon walking in, clumps of hair all over the floor, mysterious splatters on walls and doors, the bathroom felt more unclean than your average public restroom. If you stay here, bring shower shoes. We checked out and last minute booked a room elsewhere. The photos online did NOT represent the room we were given in the slightest. Curtain also has mysterious black colouring that the other rooms didn’t have. It really just...
