「This was my first bed-and-breakfast experience, and it went very well! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable and private. The breakfast offered in the morning was very delicious and plentiful! It is a fixed menu, but of course you can know if you have allergen or dietary restrictions and it can be adjusted. Loved my experience!」

「Stayed here for a visit to JMU with my HS'er. Wonderful property! Very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Very close to JMU.」

「Though there are so many other hotels in the area much more popular by name, this is my favorite one. Not talking about the top hotels in the area with very high price range, but between all mid standard hotels, this is the best. Location wise very convenient, has enough parking space, pretty clean hotel. Stuffs are helpful. Has to mention one specific one, most probably his name was Mariano. He made our trip a remarkably one. At night helped us with few things we forgot to bring, in the morning...

「Stayed at Hyatt Place Harrisonburg and had a great experience. Clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The hotel property and treatment by staff towards guests was excellent. Comments on our room: lighting was not good with only three lamps. The bathroom is poorly designed. The commode is parked next to the shower door with only one foot of clearance width to squeeze through to enter the shower while there was 3 feet of empty space on the other side of the commode. The door into the shower/commode room opened directly in front of the commode with only 1/4” clearance. No towel racks anywhere...

「The property seemed more like a motel. The furniture was old and in need of repair. There was a broken office chair. The bed mattress was more firm than i would like it. The staff did provide clean towels and linens and kept the room tidy. For the price i paid, it wasnt bad. I wasnt too happy about the noise next door to my room. People playing music all night. The hotel could use a little remodeling and a paint job. The greatest advantage is location. This hotel is located in walking distance...
