"The pool was a outdoor pool, I only booked this hotel because it said it had a pool. Staff was friendly m, rooms could have been cleaned better. Toilet was broke and over filling. Had to wait for it to go down."

"I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Having stayed here multiple times before, I have always enjoyed my experience, but this visit was a significant departure from the norm. During check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room to accommodate a light sleeper in my party. Unfortunately, we were placed in a high-traffic area, situated next to the elevator and the ice machine, while also facing the street. The resulting noise made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Given that my previous experiences were much quieter, I was disappointed to see that my specific request was not taken into account. This experience has left me uncertain about booking with this hotel again."
