The stay was amazing, great location and amazing onsens and saunas. The private onsens were also amazing, as well ans the morning buffet. Only a short walk/drive of about 10-15 min to Izumo Taisha as well! The surrounding area is very beautiful too, highly recommend this place!

接客と食事はそれなりに良かったが、客室のテーブルは飲み物の跡が残りベタベタしていたし、引き出しには誰の髪の毛かわからない毛が入っていて気持ち悪かった。連泊したので清掃をお願いして、タオル交換と合わせてコップを置いて置いたが、何故か交換もなかった。もう確認するのも馬鹿馬鹿しいと思った。

昨年に続き、今年も利用させていただきましたが、やっぱり泊まってよかったと心から思いました。 特にどのスタッフの方に対応していただいても、いつもサービスが素晴らしく、心地よく過ごさせてもらっています。 今年は朝食もいただきましたが、海鮮が苦手な私と、海鮮が大好きな母のどちらも大満足のメニューでした。 個室の露天風呂もいくつか利用させていただきましたが、こんなに贅沢な時間を過ごせるなんて…と、心も身体も喜ぶひとときでした。 出雲大社からも近く、立地もとても良いので、また利用させていただきたいです。

全館畳敷きが足に心地よく、暖かかった。長距離移動できている体には非常にありがたい。 貸切風呂の予約がいらないのが利用しやすく、周りの目も気にせずゆっくり浸かることができた。お風呂あがりにアイスが用意されているのも気が利いてるなと思った。 部屋も落ち着いた和の雰囲気で、部屋の移動用のかごが粋。
廊下が静かでちょうどいい明るさ。畳なので足音も気にならない
客室。ツインルームだが高さは控えめなので、寝相悪くてベッドから落下してもさほど痛くない
