The rooms was spotless, the staff endlessly helpful, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The public and private baths are the perfect temperature as well. Lastly, the location that is essentially on top of Izumo-taisha - which you should absolutely visit - and local shops. 10/10 I will be staying here in the future.

My husband and I stayed for two nights at this wonderful hotel, and it was the highlight of our trip! The room was spotless, the staff service was impeccable, and a huge selling point was the private baths (there's 5 of them) as we both have tattoos. Get the meal package if you can; the food is also amazing. Would come back here again in a heartbeat!

Really beautiful hotel. I liked the private Onsen options, so convenient. Very close to the main shrine for a visit and lots of shops. Japanese breakfast was delicious.

全てにおいて高いクオリティたった。 強いて言うなら少食の人にとっては食事の量が多いので少食の人向けの提供ができれば良いかなと思います。 出雲大社へは徒歩圏内、石見銀山と松江市内へのアクセスも車で1時間ほどなのでロケーションも抜群でした。

夏の一番暑い時期の出雲大社参拝＆松江旅…急に決まって、あたふたしながらの一人旅でしたが、丁寧で穏やかなスタッフの方達の対応と、気持ち良い温泉に癒されました。部屋をグレードアップしてくれて、マッサージチェア…その横にはフェイスマスクと足ひんやりシートが置かれており、炎天下歩き回り疲れきった身体と心にホッと安らいだひととき…。 選択出来るメニューもあり、盛り沢山な夕食…お腹いっぱいになりました。最後の食事、穴子ちらし寿司を選んでましたが、冷やし素麺に変更して頂けたり…きめ細かな対応に感謝！…おかげさまで、少し落ちついてから、湯上がりに夜泣き蕎麦頂きました。また、今度は家族で来たい。ありがとうございました！

部屋に檜露天風呂付きでしたが、屋根がなくおおきな蜘蛛が大きな巣を作っておりお風呂に入らなかった。多分、あそこまで立派な巣を作るにはそれなりの時間がかかるのと、チェックインで入ったのが比較的早い時間だったので（15時より前）おそらく掃除とかで見ていないのだろうと思った。 女郎蜘蛛なら綺麗でよかったのだけど笑、鬼蜘蛛でちょっと気持ち悪くて触らないのでお風呂は諦めました。

宿泊前に「食事がおいしい」という口コミを多く見て期待していましたが、私には正直あまり合いませんでした。 特に夕食の穴子ご飯は泥臭さが気になり、生姜も独特な風味が強く感じられました。食事を楽しみにしていただけに残念でした。 また、貸切風呂は隣接施設との共用のためタイミングが合わず、滞在中ほとんど利用できませんでした。貸切風呂を重視している方は事前に理解しておいた方がよいと思います。 館内は落ち着いた雰囲気で静かに過ごせますが、客室の清掃については細かな部分で気になる箇所があり、価格帯を考えるともう少し丁寧さが欲しいと感じました。 1泊1万円前後であれば納得感がありますが、実際の宿泊料金を考えるとコストパフォーマンスには疑問が残ります。個人的には、同エリアであれば月の宿 月夜のうさぎの方が満足度は高いかもしれません。 あくまで個人の感想ですが、「高級感のある滞在」と「価格に見合う満足度」を期待している方は、一度比較検討されることをおすすめします。

高齢の母、歩行が悪いことを事前に相談していたら、駐車場を玄関の近くに準備して下さっていました。館内でも車椅子を貸して下さって、母も快適に過ごすことができました。 おもてなしもウェルカムドリンク、スイーツをはじめ、湯上がりアイスや夜鳴きそばのサービス、お料理も選べるメニューが多く、とても嬉しかったです。 母もまたお願いしたいと、大満足の様子でした。スタッフの皆様本当にありがとうございました。

皆さんのとても丁寧なおもてなしと　部屋の快適さ　露天風呂付きの部屋でしたが　夜も昼もとても気持ちよく　コーヒー豆から挽いて作るセットや　お茶セットも味があり　食器もとても素敵で、心遣いが行き届いており、大浴場も全て揃って清潔でとてもよかったです。食事も大変美味しくいただき　非常に贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。　出雲大社までも歩いて行け　本当に充実した時間を楽しみました。　是非また戻って今度は数日もっとゆっくり過ごしたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

口コミで見ていて分かってて宿泊しましたが、玄関で靴を抜いて以降、ずっと靴下で過ごせるのはとても快適でした。 お食事会場が半個室でしたので、ゆったり過ごせましたし、スタッフの皆様の対応も気持ちの良いものでした。 初めての出雲旅行でとても島根県が気に入ったので、ぜひ次回も佳雲さんに泊まって、旅行したいと思います。
