「I love the location of the property. The room is clean and well equipped. I just want to Thank Aspen for helping us a lot during check-in and booking our taxi on our destination at the meeting place of our tours.」

「Don't bother booking this place especially from Expedia.. the map is wrong, the actual property is 7 km away from where it is shown by Expedia app. Believe me no one will listen, reply or try to do anything: neither Expedia bots nor hotel manager. Lot more and better available in Osaka.」

「Great location for transit and other things. The property was very great to stay in for multiple days.」

「It’s a brand new hotel so it was really clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.」
