Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, drei Sterne sind realistisch. Sie ist vor allem für Familien gut geeignet. Die Klimaanlage kann man selbst einstellen, und die große Terrasse ist wirklich schön.

The room was good. The breakfast was very good. We didn’t eat dinner as we preferred to go out to somewhere smaller. The pool was excellent but didn’t use the sauna because it was expensive, I don’t need to spend 3 hours in a sauna. There’s been plenty of hotels were they have been included or cheaper.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations at all. We had booked and expected a 4-star hotel, but instead we were accommodated in a 3-star property that appeared quite run-down overall. We were particularly disappointed by the additional charges. Although use of the pool had been advertised, we were charged €2.50 for each towel. On top of that, there was an additional reception fee, while the tourist tax was charged separately as well. In our opinion, such extra costs should be communicated clearly and transparently in advance. The breakfast was also disappointing. There was very little choice, the food was not presented in an appealing way, and there were hardly any healthy or appetizing options. The coffee from the machine was very poor, as were the powdered drinks on offer. Unfortunately, the room did not improve our impression. The bed was very hard, the walls were dirty and stained, and several items and fixtures in the bathroom were damaged or broken. Overall, the accommodation did not match our expectations or the impression given when booking. Considering the condition of the property, the additional charges, and the poor quality of the breakfast, we would not stay here again and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay , it was out of season, but still provided everything I required, swimming pool, spa , restaurant etc. had lots of parking and was very quiet, the restaurant although a buffet was good

Close to the water, walking distance to a lot of eating, lovely rooms. Single occupancy you will have an actual balcony to sit at. (These are the corner rooms). All in all would stay again.

pleasant hotel with a few shortcomings

The staff are professional and kind. I booked two rooms and one was OK, but another one was a bad smell, find in the room on the wall two mosquitos and two bugs, and the bathroom had moisture in the ceiling. I also saw mosquitoes in the corridor of the hotel.

Not a resort or 4 star by any standard

Terrible experience. From the start, unfriendly greeting at reception during check in, the shower is leaking and the door doesn’t close properly, they don’t provide beach towel and want to charge 3€ or something similar per hour for a towel which is unheard of in a 3 or 4 star hotel. Didn’t refill shower gel during housekeeping. And on their website they offer bikes for guests but when we ask for them at reception once again we had to pay 7€ for 4 hours PER bike. For something called “resort” these things should be included not charging us for every piece of entertainment. The only positive is the breakfast buffet which offers alot of options and good food. Rooms are clean, and renovated. Management needs to look at other hotels such as Valamar or Terme Olimia or even basic hotels in Slovenia and what is offered for this star level and price instead of just focusing on squeezing every euro they can from guests.

Really great location especially for the price! I loved the beach activities and the breakfast was great as far as hotel breakfast buffets go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only small complaint is the quality of the rooms but to be expected for the type of hotel our shower drain was a little slow and finish check in was difficult. However I would definitely stay again!

Nicely Renovated

There was a lot of mixed reviews for this hotel, but it does appear to have been renovated and it was a really nice room and bathroom. We had a view to the sea from the balcony which was a nice bonus. Check in was easy.

Ugodno in obnovljena soba ter blizu plaze

Lepa soba in kopalnica. Na zalost pa družinske sobe nimajo balkona, samo francoski balkon, zato težko sušiš brisače.Med 5-dnevnim bivanjem so nam samo enkrat očistili sobo, vsak dan so samo spraznili koš. Zajtrk smo imeli zelo pozno, ob 9.30 uri.

I picked this hotel because, as per the website, there is WiFi in each room. I would have to work during this trip and internet access is essential. Upon checking in, I was told that the WiFi was broken. Despite complaining about this, the manager couldn't find another room. Because I did have to make a call and needed Internet access, I sat in the lobby to make this call. Apparently, the bar tender wasn't happy that my friend and I were sitting and not ordering anything so made as much noise as she possibly could. It was so bad that the manager spoke to her about this. And you are in the hospitality industry. Despite the room being non-smoking, it has an ash tray and smells like cigarettes. I was supposed to talk to the manager the next day but when I went speak to him, he had already left for the day. I couldn't speak earlier because I am in Koper for the triathlon so need to register and so forth first. Suffice to say, this hotel did nothing right and extremely disappointed that I am stuck staying her.
